The business concept of SHT-Smart High Tech AB is to sell next generation electronics packaging materials and processes based on achievements in nanotechnology.
SHT has been working on materials formulation and processes with nanobased technology for electronics application. Several new packaging materials and processes have been developed such as nano-thermal interface materials, nano-filled bimodal thermal conductive adhesives and as well as carbon nanotube interconnects. In Mercure project SHT focuses on CNT growth by PECVD and the characterization of CNTs by electron microscopy.
